I'm excited to be hosting what might be my 12th class at DeGustibus Cooking School at Macy's Herald Square on March 16, however, this will be my first Friday Night event, which seems like the ultimate Happy Hour. We'll embark on a tasting tour of Sicily through the delicious wines of Firriato, a family business with six estates in the most magical parts of Sicily, including Baglio Sorìa in the West and Cavanera Etna in the East.
